Notice of Applications For CCN

Notice of Applications for CCN can now be found on the Public Utility Division's Active Cause Report.  Please use this link to access the report:  Active Case Report

To find a Notice of Application for CCN, click on the Telecom Non-OUSF Active tab within the Active Cause Report at the bottom of the Excel spreadsheet. The report can be filtered by clicking on the drop-down box located in the Heading cell of the Applicant / Carrier. First, remove the check mark for "Select All," then scroll to find the Applicant or Carrier you are seeking. Click the box next to the Applicant you are seeking and click "OK."  Once the list is filtered, the Cause Number can be found in the Cause Number column.

To access the documents as filed, enter the Case # (Cause Number) and Case (Cause) Type in the imaging application for searching documents, as described:

Enter Case #: 2020*****  (found in Cause Number column of the Active Cause Report)
Enter Case Type:  PUD
    Then press the "Search" button.
