How to Get a Copy of OCC Rules
From the Secretary of State
Only the Oklahoma Secretary of State's Office can provide official copies of agency rules. The Secretary's Office of Administrative Rules maintains a searchable online portal where these rules can be accessed (Corporation Commission Rules are found in Title 165).
From the Corporation Commission
You may also download the rules at no cost from the Commission's website. While these copies are unofficial, the Commission strives to ensure they are accurate and reflect the most recent modifications to the rules.
Printed copies of rules may also be available. To inquire about availability and cost, please call 405-522-1107 or visit the Commission's in-person customer service center in the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N Lincoln Blvd., OKC, Room 126.
