CUSTOMER PREMISES EQUIPMENT (appliances, electronic devices, etc.)

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission does not regulate customer premises equipment. For assistance regarding CPE, contact the equipment manufacturer and/or the establishment where the equipment was purchased.

CABLE, SATELITE TELEVISION & EQUIPMENT USED TO PROVIDE TELEVISION SERVICES

Cable television service is not regulated by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. For assistance with cable TV service, please contact your local cable TV provider, your local franchising authority (usually a city or county government) and/or the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General. If you believe you are a victim of fraud or in need of consumer protection contact the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General for assistance.

Methods for entering a public utility consumer complaint with the OCC

  • You may enter a public utility consumer complaint by telephone on regular business days from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 405-521-2331 or toll free at 1-800-522-8154.
  • Email your complaint to CS@occ.ok.gov. A Consumer Services Representative will contact you on the next regular business day.  Please do not send copies of Drivers Licenses, Social Security Cards, or any other confidential information.
  • Complaints and comments may be entered 24-hours a day through Facebook Messaging.
  • Complaints may also be entered here through the Online Complaint Form for Public Utility and Telecommunications Companies
  • Consumers may enter a complaint in person at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK, on the 1st floor, Suite 126 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  If you would like enter a complaint in person at the Tulsa location, please call 1-800-522-8154 to set up an appointment so an agent can be made available.
