Behavioral Case Management

The Health Certification Project offers the following Behavioral Case Management Examinations for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services:

• Case Management I
• Case Management II
• Case Management II - Rehabilitation only

Testing Fee: $45 per exam onsite/$50 per exam online

Testing Options

• Register for an exam at a test site.
• Register for an exam with an online proctor.
  NOTE:  Please allow 2 business days to process your registration.

Required Documentation

• Original approval email from ODMHSAS
• Valid, current photo identification issued by government entity within the U.S. (i.e. passport, driver's license, school-issued ID)
