COMMENT PERIOD:
Written and oral comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. Central Standard Time on December 3, 2026, at the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, at 1500 W. Seventh Avenue, Stillwater, OK 74075-2723, Attn: Brent Meeks, or by email to Brent Meeks.

PUBLIC HEARING:
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time at the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, Alexander Conference Room, 1500 W. Seventh Avenue, Stillwater, OK 74075. Each person will be allowed a maximum of 5 (five) minutes to speak and must sign in at the door by 1:05 p.m.
