T2L Coaching & Mentoring

An instructional coach assigned by ODCTE observes and provides feedback and resources to support each new teacher in reaching specific goals. Coaches will be assigned in early August to begin coaching in September (eight visits).

Cost: $500 per teacher

A campus-based mentor, assigned by your school administrator, provides a minimum of 62 hours of mentoring to new teachers. Mentor training is provided. Upon completion, a $500 stipend is sent to the school for the mentor.
