March 1, 2024 - Grants will be submitted electronically. Send the Letter of Commitment signed by the superintendent, the proposal and the budget to cslotterygrants@careertech.ok.gov. Grant applicants will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact Kim Downey at 405-743-6831 or kim.downey@careertech.ok.gov.
May 16, 2024 - Schools will be notified by this date.
July 1, 2024 - Schools who are awarded grants can begin making purchases as of this date
Reimbursement Requirements
Feb. 7, 2025 - Reimbursement must be received or postmarked by this date and include all correct documents.
