About Us

Our approach ensures that Oklahoma’s CTE programs feature standards-aligned and integrated curricula with clear sequencing and articulation. We emphasize comprehensive student assessments tailored to the student’s program area while fostering the development of prepared and effective instructors and CTSO advisers. We are committed to helping CTE instructors deliver engaging instruction and promote access and equity to CTE for all Oklahomans.

Through active participation in technology center accreditation and PK-12 program evaluations, we aim to ensure that programs maintain state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, technology and materials. We want to create a dynamic and effective CTE experience by leveraging our strong connections with our business and industry partners.

Our efforts include supporting each PK-12 student’s individualized career academic plan with counseling and career development and providing robust work-based learning opportunities. Focusing on continuous data-driven improvements, we aim to ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and relevance within the instructional framework.
