DSH Forms and Reports

Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) payments are payments made to SoonerCare participating hospitals that serve a large number of SoonerCare and other individuals with low incomes. In-state hospitals contracting with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority for SoonerCare services must file a DSH worksheet. IIn order to be considered eligible for FFY2025 payments, the worksheet must be returned by Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024.
