In order to optimize compliance, OMMA is extending the credentialing deadline to Feb. 29, 2024. Background checks dated on or after Dec. 2, 2023, will be accepted. This response is necessary to address circumstances with the licensing platform that are outside of our control. Our promise to you: We are working with our licensing vendor day in and day out to fix bugs in the system as they arise. Learn more at Employee Credentialing.

Submit a Complaint

Complaints about medical marijuana businesses are reviewed by OMMA's Office of Investigation and Enforcement (OIE). Compliance inspectors and/or law enforcement officers may follow up on complaints for further investigation.

Use the OMMA Business Complaint Form to submit a complaint. You may remain anonymous if you want. Please provide as much information as possible, with specific details. Complaints are reviewed in the order received, but threats to public health and safety are prioritized.

To submit an environment-related complaint about a licensed medical marijuana business, use the state Department of Environmental Quality's Online Complaint Form.
