In order for OMMA to most efficiently process your request, you may complete the PDF icon Open Record Request Form by stating in detail the records you are requesting. OMMA will review your request and produce responsive records, if such are maintained, in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Please note that as a Oklahoma State agency, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority is subject to Oklahoma’s Open Records Act (OORA) not the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
