Order of Embargo: ReLeaf Medical Dispensary LLC

Tuesday, February 10, 2026

TULSA, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an order to embargo an on-site product at ReLeaf Medical Dispensary LLC (DAAA-JOHO-J1DU), effective immediately. The action follows a routine inspection revealing state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.

During a site visit on Feb. 3, 2026, OMMA compliance inspectors discovered an inventory discrepancy involving a deli-style marijuana package weighing less than one pound. Due to a weight mismatch between the physical product and the state inventory tracking system, the package has been placed under embargo.

All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track the marijuana they grow, process and/or sell. This ensures that every medical marijuana package and product — regardless of size — is traceable in the regulated marketplace from the time a seed is planted to the point of sale.

OMMA will continue to take decisive action against activity that violates OMMA rules and regulations to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
