 prednisolone oral solution (Millipred®, Veripred 20®) 

PA criteria:

  • Authorization of Millipred® or Veripred 20® requires a patient-specific, clinically significant reason why the member cannot use generic prednisolone oral solution available in strengths of 5mg/5ml, 15mg/5ml, 25mg/5ml, generic prednisolone oral solution 5mg/5ml, generic dexamethasone oral solution 0.5mg/5ml, or other cost effective therapeutic equivalent medication(s).
