317:30-5-953. Billing

A billing unit for personal care services (PCS) and home health care services (HHCS) provided by a home care agency is fifteen (15) minutes of service delivery and equals a visit. Billing procedures for PCS and HHCS are contained in the Oklahoma Medicaid Management Information Systems (OKMMIS) Billing and Procedure Manual. Service time for PCS and HHCS is documented through the designated statewide Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system. Refer to OAC 317:30-3-34(7) for additional procedures for EVV system failure or EVV system unavailability.
