OK SPA 26-0006 Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) Waiver
This proposed State Plan Amendment renews Oklahoma’s Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) waiver. Federal law at Section 1902(a)(42) of the Social Security Act requires states to operate a Medicaid RAC program; however, CMS permits states to request a waiver. OHCA maintains robust program integrity functions and does not contract with a RAC. This submission is administrative and renews the waiver for an additional two-year period.
