OK SPA 24-0010 CHIP Vaccines
The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) will seek approval of a CHIP State Plan amendment to assure that coverage and payment is provided for approved vaccines recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and their administration, without cost sharing. The Agency already provides coverage for these vaccines without cost sharing and this amendment demonstrates compliance with both the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the longstanding requirement to cover children’s vaccines.
