Lower Minimum Age for Enrollment into ADvantage Waiver APA WF 23-16 (A&B) 

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) seeks to lower the minimum enrollment age from 21 to 19 for individuals eligible for the 1915c Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) ADvantage Waiver program to better facilitate the transition for these individuals into the ADvantage Program. This aligns with changes in the most recently approved ADvantage Waiver.
