1915(c) HCBS In-Home Supports Waiver for Children

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OHS) is seeking an amendment to the In-Home Supports Waiver for Children (IHSW-C). The IHSW-C serves individuals with intellectual disabilities ages 3 through 17. The specific changes include increasing the number served in waiver years 1 through 5 from 250 each year to 638 in waiver year 1; 1108 in waiver year 2; 1204 in waiver year 3; 1400 in waiver year 4; and 1600 in waiver year 5. Other changes include adding the agency model for PT and OT services.
