1915(c) HCBS Community Waiver Amendment

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OHS) is seeking to amend the Community Waiver.  The Community Waiver serves individuals with Intellectual Disabilities beginning at age three. The specific changes include the addition of a new residential service, the Extensive Residential Supports service.  This new service is designed to meet the needs of waiver members with significant challenging behavioral issues in a community setting. Other changes include adding the agency model for PT, OT, speech and nutrition services.
