APA WF 24-06 Living Choice Timeline Clarification

The proposed revisions will update Living Choice policy to align with the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 2021, which changed Section 2403 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The policy change clarifies that time a member spends within a skilled nursing facility will be considered when assessing timeline requirements for applications to the Living Choice program.
