OK SPA 22-0016 Partial Hospitalization Benefit

In coordination with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS), the Agency seeks to implement Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services for individuals ages 21 through 64 with substance use disorder, mental health diagnoses, and/or co-occurring disorders. Currently, PHP services are a benefit offered only to children under the age of 21. The State Plan amendment and rules will delineate covered service components, provider qualifications, and the reimbursement methodology for PHP services provided to adults.
