State Plan Amendment Rate Committee (SPARC)

 Public Comment

If you wish to sign up for public comment at the SPARC meeting, you may do so in writing once the SPARC agenda has been posted and no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Each person will be given 2 minutes to speak at the public hearing. The SPARC meeting will allow each person 2 minutes for public comment and will be limited to the first 15 people who properly request to speak. If you wish to sign up for public comment, email ProvReimb@okhca.org.
