The Attorney General's office has opened an investigation into fraudulent Medicaid enrollments linked to a large-scale, foreign-based scheme that exploited Oklahoma's managed care enrollment system. If you received a Medicaid enrollment packet you did not request, your identity may have been used without your knowledge as part of this scheme.
