Title 43A Section 10-111.1 Vulnerable Adult Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Registry

Pursuant to Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes, Section 10-111.1, the Office of the Attorney General maintains this Vulnerable Adult Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Registry, which is accessible to the public and updated quarterly.  The Registry contains information gathered and provided by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.  The information in this Registry includes the names of individuals who have been found guilty by a court of law of, or who have entered a plea of “guilty” or “nolo contender” to, a charge of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a vulnerable adult in Oklahoma.  The Registry also provides information about geographic locations and court case numbers of the relevant individuals’ arrests an/ord court proceedings.
