Mindful Eating: A Sustainable Approach to Optimal Well-Being - Michelle May

This interactive, entertaining, virtual workshop turns the old fashioned “eat less, exercise more” paradigm on its head. We’ll deconstruct the Mindful Eating Cycle and provide a positive, rational approach to the complex factors that affect decisions about eating. We’ll delve into mindful eating strategies that promote the fearless and mindful enjoyment of food. During the workshop, participants will deepen their new skills during a facilitated mindful eating experience.
