Effective June 8, 2026, the ABLE Commission will no longer accept walk in visitors. All customers wishing to receive in-person assistance from the Licensing Division will need to schedule an appointment online ahead of time. Training

Training programs are designed to educate law enforcement, retail licensees, and the public on Oklahoma’s beverage and tobacco laws.

The Oklahoma ABLE Commission offers comprehensive training programs designed to educate law enforcement officers, retail licensees, employees, and the public on Oklahoma’s alcoholic beverage and tobacco laws. From mandatory alcohol server training for individual employee licenses to specialized courses like Alcohol Laws for Law Enforcement.

Applicants can submit their program for review to ensure it meets all required standards and regulatory guidelines. Once approved, the program will be recognized as an authorized training provider.
