Distributor's Monthly Price Posting Reports

A monthly price posting is required from all wholesale distributors, Nonresident Sellers, and self-distributors for designated and nondesignated products. All price posting reports are due on the 15th of each month and become effective on the first day of the following month. No changes during that period shall be permitted except upon written application showing good cause, and then only with written permission of the Commission or the Director.
