Effective June 8, 2026, the ABLE Commission will no longer accept walk in visitors. All customers wishing to receive in-person assistance from the Licensing Division will need to schedule an appointment online ahead of time. A link to our scheduling system will be made available soon. All ABLE functions, including tutorials on license applications, are available online at https://oklahoma.gov/able-commission.html. Request a Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Please submit the withdrawal form to licensing at able_licensing@able.ok.gov . Licensing will initiate your withdrawal request with the finance department.

If you are requesting a refund for a payment error, please contact able_finance@able.ok.gov

Note: Refund may take up to 30 days to process.
