All customers wishing to receive in-person assistance from the Licensing Division will need to schedule an appointment online ahead of time. Create your Product Registration Online account and register your labels/brands.

Label registration documents you may need:

  • COLA (Certificate of Label Approval) issued by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB)
  • Product Label
  • Brand Owner Letter of Appointment (If registering a brand you do not own)
  • Trademark Letter (If registering a product using a trademark)
  • Bottling Letter (Provide if you do not bottle the product)
