Effective June 8, 2026, the ABLE Commission will no longer accept walk in visitors. All customers wishing to receive in-person assistance from the Licensing Division will need to schedule an appointment online ahead of time. A link to our scheduling system will be made available soon. All ABLE functions, including tutorials on license applications, are available online at https://oklahoma.gov/able-commission.html. Open Records Requests

The ABLE Commission is committed to transparency, accountability, and keeping the public informed about our work and decisions. We are committed to delivering this information as promptly and efficiently as possible. Please note that the ABLE Commission is currently undergoing a digitization initiative aimed at improving access to our historic records. In light of this, there may be a slight delay in fulfilling Open Records Requests pertaining to certain licensure files during this period, as all application files created prior to the implementation of Accela are temporarily stored offsite, pending digitization.

ABLE can only process requests for records that fall under the authority, custody or control of the ABLE Commission. For additional information about the Open Records Act, please see the Oklahoma Open Records Act at 51 O.S. § 24A.1, et seq.
