Appointment Letter

Any supplier appointing a licensed Nonresident Seller as their representative in Oklahoma must submit an appointment letter on their company letterhead to the ABLE Commission via email to brandregistration@able.ok.gov. This letter must include the name and address of the Nonresident Seller Licensee, an effective date, a list of brands being supplied, and be signed by the supplier.

Distributor Designation Letter

Any Nonresident Seller or Brewer that has been appointed as a representative by an unlicensed supplier and chooses to designate a distributor or wholesaler for that suppler must submit a designation letter to the ABLE Commission via email to brandregistration@able.ok.gov. This letter must be on your company letterhead  and include the supplier’s name and address, an effective date, a list of the brands being distributed, and be signed by the Nonresident Seller licensee’s representative.

All manufacturers that wish to designate a distributor or wholesaler must submit a designation letter to the ABLE Commission via email to brandregistration@able.ok.gov. This letter must be on your company letterhead  and  an effective date,  a list of the brands being distributed, and be signed by the licensee’s representative.
