All customers wishing to receive in-person assistance from the Licensing Division will need to schedule an appointment online ahead of time. Brand Registration Annual Renewal Information

All brand registrations expire on June 30th of each year and must be renewed annually.

  • This link will open the renewal portal on PRO. Use with your permit number and PRO email login Annual Renewal PRO Portal.
  • This portal is separate from the registration hub. This portal is only open during the renewal period beginning April 15th of each year and will only renew the registrations that are active July 1st through March 31st of the current year.
  • Any new registrations added in the 4th quarter will have a prorated state fee for the 4th quarter in addition to the full state fee to renew the registration for the next year.
  • Any licensee choosing to remit a check for renewals must submit both the renewals and their check to PRO/SOVOS by June 1st. You must also submit a list of the renewals and a copy of the check paid to PRO/SOVOS to the ABLE Commission via email to brandregistration@able.ok.gov.
