Join us at Momentum, a three-day conference dedicated to mental health, prevention, recovery, and criminal justice behavioral health hosted by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.

  • Scroll down and click on the “Step 2” banner to enroll in sessions*
  • Choose (1) breakout per session time (see agenda below)

*Session seating may be limited by room size.

Booth Fees

  • $450 Exhibitor Fee
  • $100 per additional table
  • $100 for electricity

Booth Fee Includes:

  • 6' draped table
  • 2 chairs

Event Location

This year’s conference is scheduled to take place from December 9-11, 2025, at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, located at 100 Mick Cornett Drive, OKC, OK 73109.

Parking

Paid parking is available in the Scissortail Lot south of the Convention Center at $2/hour or $10/day.

Paid street parking is also available around the Convention Center and Scissortail Park area.

The Convention Center Parking Garage, which connects to the Northeast corner of the venue’s second floor, is open to the public at $2/hour or $10/day.

Entering the Conference Center

From the Scissortail Lot or Street: Use the first-floor entrance doors on the west side of the building.

From the Garage: Go to the third floor of the garage and cross the skybridge to the Conference Center’s second floor.

Arrival & Check-in

Attendees who pre-registered will need to pick up their name badge. Event check-in will be open from:

  • 7:30am - 4:00pm on Day 1 (Tue 12/09)
  • 8:00am - 4:00pm on Day 2 (Wed 12/10)
  • 8:15am - 12:00pm (noon) on Day 3 (Thu 12/11)

Onsite registration will be available throughout the day.

Will Rogers International Airport is the best way to fly into Oklahoma City, and all major airlines use this airport. Will Rogers, located at 7100 Terminal Drive, OKC, OK 73159, is 9.8 miles away from the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
