The next OPNA Survey window is December 1, 2025-March 31, 2026. A link to register for the survey, copies of the survey instruments for viewing, parental notification forms, and instructions for administering the survey will be sent to you soon. When planning your district's administration date, please note that parental notification forms must be distributed at least two weeks prior to survey administration.
