Northwest Center for Behavioral Health

As of Oct. 5, 2026, GRAND Mental Health began operating CCBHC services previously provided by Northwest Center for Behavioral Health. This transition changes who operates CCBHC services in the community but does not change ODMHSAS’ role overseeing Oklahoma’s statewide CCBHC network.

Inpatient services at Lighthouse Residential Care Facility (Woodward, OK) and Acute Care Inpatient Unit (Ft. Supply, OK) continue under ODMHSAS operations at Northwest Center for Behavioral Health.
