Health Facilities Plan Review

The Plan Review Program evaluates submitted plans for regulated facilities to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and building code requirements. The program also conducts construction inspections to verify that facilities are built according to the approved plans. 

Important Notice for Plan Review Submittals
All plan review submittals — except those for Adult Day Care Centers — must be signed and sealed by a licensed architect or engineer registered in the State of Oklahoma. This requirement ensures that all plans meet established professional standards and comply with state regulations.


The program evaluates plans for regulated facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and building code requirements. The program focuses on physical layout, infrastructure, and environmental conditions that support public health and safety.
 
In addition to plan reviews, the program conducts construction inspections to verify that approved plans are properly implemented in the field, ensuring that facilities are built as designed and meet regulatory standards before occupancy.
