Mary Terry - Chairwoman

Mary Terry is the Managing Broker and owner of Mary Terry & Associates, which she opened in 2001. She has served as president of her local board in 2003. Mary Terry was named Associate of the Year in 1997 and Realtor of the Year 2007 and 2018 for the Ada Board of Realtors. She is now serving on the executive committee of the Tulsa MLS Tech Board. She has also served as Director of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. She has held several positions with OAR including OAR District Vice President 2008-2010, OAR secretary 2011, OAR treasure 2012, OAR President Elect 2013 and OAR President in 2014. In 2018 she was named Realtor of the Year of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. She has served on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors 2014-2015, NAR jurisdiction committee, NAR Broker Involvement Council, NAR RPAC Participation Council and Chaired the NAR Idea Exchange council for Brokers. 

Zandrea Waldenville - Vice Chairwoman
Oklahoma City

Zan Waldenville, founding partner of Meraki Real Estate and Boulevard Property Management, has over 24+ years of experience in the real estate industry and a background in property management. Zan gained her first exposure to real estate at 15 years old working in a property management office. By 18, she was an active licensed Realtor. After pausing her career in real estate to pursue a nursing career, Zan returned to the real estate industry in 2008 by starting an independent brokerage and property management company, Learia Group. In 2015, she chose to begin a new venture with her husband, Bryan, together creating Meraki Real Estate and Boulevard Property Management.

Zan Waldenville was born and raised in Norman, OK and is married to her highschool sweetheart, Bryan Waldenville, also a licensed Realtor. The couple have been happily married since 2003. Together they are raising two children, Blakely [14] and Ty [13] both of whom attend Heritage Hall. The Waldenville family attends Victory Family Church and actively supports multiple outreach ministries. Zan has served 5+ years as a board member for Nicole Jarvis Parkinson’s Foundation. The Waldenville family currently resides in Oklahoma City’s Quail Creek neighborhood, a recent move which has brought about wonderful new relationships and opportunities. Zan serves the entire OKC Metro Area and Grand Lake. She holds memberships in The Oklahoma Metropolitan Association of Realtors, NorthEast Oklahoma Realtors, Oklahoma Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors.

Susan Beach 
Tulsa

In the Real Estate Industry since 1996, Susan Beach has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Keller Williams Realty Advantage since July of 1998.  Susan served on many committees over the years for the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors and as a Board member and Incoming President until 2013 when she was elected President of GTAR.  She also served on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Systems Board. She was President elect for this Board in 2017 and President in 2018. 

Susan was the Chair of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors Foundation for 2016 and 2017.  She also served as a National Association of Realtors Director from 2019 through 2020. 

Susan served as a Director for the Oklahoma Board of Realtors from 2016 through 2020. 

She was elected Realtor of the Year for Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors in 2015. 

Susan was on the Foundation for Tulsa Schools as a board director and served as Board Chair elect 2016/2017 and Chair of FTS for 2017. 

She was also a member of the Second Century Advisory Council to Northeastern State University for 2018. 

Susan was elected to the Leadership Hall of Fame for Keller Williams Realty International in 2011. 

She was appointed by Governor Kevin Stitt to serve on the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission for a 4 year term in May of 2020.  Most recently, she was elected as Vice-Chair of the Commission for 2022. 

Susan leads three offices with a total of 504 associates and 15 staff including a leadership team of 5 individuals who support her in her role.  

Rodger Erker
Tulsa 

Rodger Erker, a native of St. Louis, earned his Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Missouri in 1964.  IN 1966 he and his family moved to Tulsa and in 1972 he entered the real estate business again as a Sales Associate with Detrick Realtors.  In 1975 he became a partner with Joseph McGraw and Harold Grimmer in the firm of McGraw Breckenridge Realtors.  The firm subsequently was named McGraw Breckenridge Grimmer Erker (a Better Homes and Gardens Franchise).  Various breakups and mergers through the years created the firms of McGraw Breckenridge Realtors, Grimmer Erker Realtors, Crouch Davisson Mulhall Realtors, McGraw Davisson Stewart Realtors, and Rodger Erker Realtors – all of which are now known as McGraw Realtors. 

Rodger was a Board member of Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors (GTAR) and Oklahoma Association of Realtors (OAR), member of the Standard Forms Committee, Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee of GTAR, Instructor of the Code of Ethics required of all Realtors.  He has also been the President of GTAR, President of OAR, Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors, 2012 President of GTAR and first in history to be elected twice.  He has been acknowledged as GTAR Realtor of the Year and as the Oklahoma Realtor.  In recognition of his community service, he was awarded the Open-Door award by OAR.  He has been awarded a Life Membership in both GTAR and OARE and dh as earned the designation of Certified Real Estate Broker. 

Rodger served as President of the Mental Health Association of Tulsa as well as Oklahoma.  He was the Chairman of the American Diabetes Association Leadership Board of Tulsa and Director of the Research Foundation, American Diabetes Association, Alexandria Virginia.  His favorite real estate activity if introducing new people to the city of Tulsa.  Having worked for years with Human Resource officers of Tulsa’s largest companies Erker has become an expert in assisting transferring executives find the perfect home for their families.   

Dr. J. David Chapman 
Edmond

Dr. J David Chapman holds the title of Associate Professor of Real Estate at the University of Central Oklahoma. He is the author of Lot Lines in The Journal Record, and writes a monthly column in the magazine Outlook. Dr. Chapman is founder of Realty1, LLC, an innovative real estate firm with divisions performing real estate brokerage, property management, resort construction and management, real estate investment and commercial and residential construction. The firm has employed as many as 30 employees and has sales in excess of $25 million annually. The Chapman’s also owned a mortgage company from 2006 to 2009 that produced loans in excess of $20 Million annually with 4 employees. He is currently President of The Central Oklahoma Commercial Association of Realtors and on the Board of Directors of Positively Paseo. Dr. Chapman's educational background consists of a PhD from Oklahoma State University, Master’s Certificate in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University. He is licensed by the FAA as a Commercial Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor as well as a Airframe and Powerplant mechanic.

 

Peggy Wright
Norman

Peggy Wright received a Bachelor of Education from East Central University in 1998 and enjoyed many years as a public-school classroom teacher in Oklahoma and Texas before transitioning into real estate in 2007.

As an active participant in the real estate industry, Peggy is the owner and broker for Brick and Beam Realty in Norman. She previously served as the managing broker for a real estate firm in Norman for 10 years, supervising over 150+ agents.

Peggy has served on the Board of Directors for the Norman Board of Realtors as well as many committees.  She was elected as the incoming President in 2018 and served as President of the Norman Board of Realtors in 2019.  Peggy has also served on the Oklahoma Professional Standards Committee and as a State Director for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors.

Passionate about teaching, she jumped back into educating the real estate industry by providing training for real estate licensees and tutoring those working towards obtaining a license.  Peggy launched Wright Real Estate School in 2017 and serves as the Director of Curriculum and as an instructor.

Larry DeWitt
Cherokee 

Larry DeWitt is a native and lifelong resident of Northwest Oklahoma and calls Cherokee, Oklahoma home.  He attended Cherokee High School, Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma State University where he received a BS in Agricultural Economics and later a MS in Agricultural Economics.

In the banking industry for over 25 years, Larry is currently the Executive Vice President of BancCentral NA located in Alva, OK with 5 branches.  One of these branches is in Cherokee.  He is also the Chief Credit Officer, heading a team of 15 loan officers. Larry is proficient in minimizing risk, maintaining compliance and working within established bank guidelines for loan feasibility. Before BancCentral Larry was the Executive Vice President of Farmers Exchange Bank (FEB) with a client portfolio of over $200,000,000 and over 250 clients.  The loan portfolio was mostly made up of real estate and medical loans (dentistry and dialysis).  DeWitt served as the Member/Secretary of the Farmers Exchange Bank board of directors, contact person of lending for FDIC and state banking examinations, and member on the ALCO Committee and Daily Loan Committee.  While at FEB he developed a Borrower Composite Credit Index, Credit Memo for Loan Customers and Managed a team of 7 Loan Officers.  Farmers Exchange Bank was awarded the top banking institution by SNL financial for banks under $500 million in assets in 2012 and 2013.  In 2019, Gateway Mortgage Company owned by OK Governor Kevin Stitt merged with FEB naming the new bank Gateway First Bank.  After the merger, Larry’s duties as Senior Vice President were focused on Commercial Lending, and he maintained his Portfolio over $200,000,00 and serving on numerous committees.

DeWitt’ awards, achievements and memberships are numerous and include Oklahoma Bankers Association Chairman Award 2013, Chairman of the OBA Ag Committee 2007-2018, Oklahoma Ag Mediation Board, Board Member of Alfalfa Electric Cooperative, Board Member of the Investment Committee for the NWOSU Foundation,  past President of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, past Treasurer of the Local Lions Club, Treasurer of the Cherokee Methodist Church,  Oklahoma Agriculture Leadership Program Class VII and 2003 Graduate of Colorado School of Banking.
