Inactive licensees do NOT have any continuing education requirements. Any CE not completed on your most recent inactive renewal will be required prior to returning to an active status.
Residency Status is determined based on Brokerage location:
- Affiliated with an Oklahoma-based brokerage: Classified as a Resident
- Affiliated with an out-of-state brokerage: Classified as a Non-Resident
To be classified as a Non-Resident: You must hold an active license in another state AND complete all continuing education requirements in that state.
SELECT LICENSE TYPE:
30 Hours total, consisting of:
- 13 hours of Required Coursework:
- 6 hours in Contracts and Forms (CON)
- 3 hours in Professional Conduct (PSC)
- 1 hour in Broker Relationship Act (BRA)
- 1 hour in Code and Rules (CAR)
- 1 hour in Fair Housing (FHR)
- 1 hour in Hot Topic (HOT)
- 17 hours remaining can be completed in any course category, including Electives.
30 Hours total, consisting of:
- 15 hour Broker in Charge course (BIC)
- 6 hours in Contract and Forms (CON)
- 9 hours remaining can be completed in any course category, including Electives.
8 hours total, consisting of:
- 1 hour in Oklahoma Broker Relationship Act (BRA)
- 1 hour in Oklahoma Code and Rules (CAR)
- 6 hours in Contract and Forms (CON)
8 hours total, consisting of:
- 1 hour in Oklahoma Broker Relationship Act (BRA)
- 1 hour in Oklahoma Code and Rules (CAR)
- 6 hours in Contract and Forms (CON)
