Training and Development

Each employee will receive individualized training for their unique position, as well as agency or department wide training hosted by our own Training & Staff Development team. All employees have access to various in-person and virtual courses offered through OMES' Statewide Learning Services, as well as a covered subscription to LinkedIn Learning's massive library of skill-building courses and training.
