About the OK Election Data Warehouse (EDW)

The OK Election Data Warehouse (EDW) is a public access site for raw data aggregation. The EDW contains voter registration lists ("full" access only), absentee ballot request lists, the list of deleted voters for the past 24 months, and the statewide precinct list.

  • EDW data is not used for the certification of vote totals or in determining the winner of an election.
  • Files may be downloaded, but must be imported into user software in order to sort information.
  • Lists or labels cannot be produced directly from these files.
  • Data is written in CSV format and is refreshed every weeknight.

About Voter List ("Full") Access

The Oklahoma Open Records Act requires Oklahoma’s voter registration information to be made publicly available. However, some information may be restricted by law.

  • The voter list does not contain voters’ driver license numbers or Social Security numbers. These are protected under state law and are never released.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses are not part of a voter’s registration record and are not available to the public through the Oklahoma State Election Board or any county election board.
  • As required by law, address information for Restricted Records participants is not included in the voter list. See 26 O.S. § 4-115.2.
  • As required by law, voter registration information for Address Confidentiality Program participants is not included in the voter list. See 26 O.S. § 4-115.2.
  • As required by law, the method of voting for certain elections is prohibited from public disclosure. For those elections, voter participation is indicated by asterisks (***) in the method of voting column. See 26 O.S. § 7-138.

Instructions for navigating the site, codes, and layout specifications can be found by downloading the EDW Information Packet (Voter List "Full" Access).
