24/7 support coverage includes:

• Production monitoring.
• Orchestrator administration which includes starting and stopping the automationsfor maintenance/breaks; user provisioning; automation suite maintenance (platformupgrades, performance monitoring, platform enhancements); user provisioning; externalapplication connections to automation suite.

ACoE will help determine the licenses required for the automation being built. OMES will work with UiPath to procure the licenses and will be a passthrough cost to the agency.
