This webinar will equip AP coordinators, administrators, and proctors with the critical updates and reminders needed for a smooth and successful testing experience. Participants will receive an overview of the latest enhancements to Bluebook and the Test Day Toolkit, including what’s new and what to watch for this exam cycle. The session will also cover key proctor reminders, common testing-day pitfalls, and best practices for supporting students before and during exams. Finally, College Board will review strategies to ensure student readiness—from technical preparation to exam-day expectations—so schools can confidently support students through AP testing.

Summer Institutes

The Oklahoma State Department of Education is pleased to announce four weeks of AP Summer Institute (APSI) offered online and in-person through Northeastern State University. Tuition for online and in-person training sessions will be covered by OSDE; however, districts or educators will be responsible for a $50 registration fee and any and all travel and lodging costs (if applicable).

  • The two in-person training sessions are June 9-12 and June 23-26.
  • The two online training sessions are July 14-17 and July 21-24.

Registration, course offerings, and more information can be found on the Northeastern State University website

Note: The AP Summer Institute is encouraged, but not mandatory, to teach AP courses with the exception of AP Seminar.

Out-of-State AP Summer Institutes (APSI)

The OSDE will not pay tuition for teachers who attend an APSI out of state. If professional learning for your course is offered out of state only, apply for an APSI scholarship through College Board. The scholarship could help lower your cost of attendance.
