2026 Proposed Rule Changes
The OWRB is proposing to amend its administrative rules relating to dam safety application fees and hearing fees, updating the hearing process for individual proceedings, and updates to the rules related to financial assistance. The proposed text and rule impact statement for each chapter is included below. The public comment period for proposed rules begins on October 15, 2025, and will continue to 5:00 p.m. on November 17, 2025. A public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the OWRB beginning at 9:30 a.m. on November 18, 2024, at 3800 N. Classen Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73118.
