Edward Hilliary Jr. is Co-CEO of Hilliary Communications. An Oklahoma native, he has held numerous executive roles in the Hilliary companies.
Edward grew up in the family business and spent much of his free time working in the company, learning how the business worked from the ground up. He earned his degrees in criminal justice from Cameron University.
As Co-CEO, he is responsible for strategic planning and operations for Hilliary owned properties. This includes traditional telephone companies, broadband companies providing fiber-to-the-home in unserved and underserved communities and Hilliary Media Group. Hilliary currently operates companies across Oklahoma, Texas and Iowa.
Edward is involved in numerous trade associations including the Oklahoma Rural Broadband Association, Western Telecommunications Association, and serves on the Executive committee of national board of directors for INCOMPAS (Internet and Competitive Networks Association).
Edward also volunteers his time on numerous local and statewide boards. He was appointed to the State Board for Career and Technology by Governor Stitt and was appointed by Speaker McCall to serve on the Oklahoma Workforce Commission. The two boards are instrumental in meeting the state’s workforce needs both now and as the State of Oklahoma continues to grow.
Edward has been married to his wife Trinity since 1999. They have three children, two of which have graduated from Oklahoma Higher Ed institutions with the youngest currently enrolled Oklahoma State University.
