Tenant work requests
Tenants throughout the Capitol Complex can use the Limble work order system to request maintenance for plumbing issues, HVAC problems, water leaks, structural issues, pest control and other concerns. The simplified portal enhances OFM's ability to provide a safe, comfortable workspace through quality facilities and responsive service.
Flyers with a QR code to easily submit requests have been posted in each building. Additionally, tenants can use the building-specific links below to submit a work request. Please include specific location details, such as floor and/or room numbers, on all service requests.
