Schools We Work With
We partner with schools to help connect families with what they need to reach their goals.
What are School-Based Family Specialists?
School-Based Family Specialists are helpers who work right in your child's school. They get to know students and families. They find out what challenges students face at school and at home. Then they help solve them.
How do they help?
Specialists work with teachers, school staff, and community partners to support students and families with crisis intervention, basic needs, food or housing support, connections to mental or physical health professionals, job and career support, and problem solve solutions to empower and strengthen the family for student success.
When specialists work with families to handle tough problems outside of the classroom, teachers can focus on teaching. Kids can focus on learning.
