Library Pulse May Webinar
Delivering Better Outcomes through Service Design
May 7 at 1 p.m.
Harmonic Design will present a 1.5-hour learning experienc that will include information and resources on service design approaches, as well as guidance on designing experiences that benefit both service recipients and the organization.
