Oklahoma Collection

The Oklahoma Collection is dedicated to acquiring materials written about Oklahoma and by Oklahoma authors. Rare and scarce Oklahoma materials acquired by ODL are maintained in this collection. The collection also includes materials on Oklahoma and Native American tribes or nations in Oklahoma as a subject, both historic and current, including all aspects of Oklahoma’s history, culture, and development.

Items in the Oklahoma Collection are not available for check out but you can schedule an appointment to visit the Oklahoma Room.

Oklahoma Vertical Files (Biography and Subject Files)

The Biography files include information about Oklahoma people. The Subject files include information about places, things, and events particular to Oklahoma or of interest to state government and policy researchers.


Location

The Oklahoma Collection can be found on the 1st floor of the Allen Wright Memorial Library, 200 NE 18th Street, OKC, OK.
