2026 Speak Out for Workplace Safety Video Contest

What You Need to Know

Attention Oklahoma high school students! The Oklahoma Department of Labor, in partnership with Oklahoma One-Call System, Inc. invites students in grades 9–12 to participate in the 2026 Speak Out for Workplace Safety Video Contest.

Why Enter?

  • Raise awareness about workplace safety for teen workers.
  • Compete for cash prizes for the top three winning videos!
  • Have your video featured in future young worker safety projects.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all students currently enrolled in an Oklahoma high school (grades 9–12).
  • Students may enter individually or as part of a team.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Videos must incorporate the theme "Speak Out for Workplace Safety" and address a workplace health and safety topic in any industry.
  • Videos must be original, no longer than 90 seconds, and submitted in one of the following formats: MPG4, MOV, MP4, AVI, or WMV.
  • Submit your video on a flash drive, along with a completed entry form, postmarked no later than March 13, 2025.
