WIC provides nutrition education in four formats:

Individual Appointments - Address your needs one-on-one with a Registered Dietitian or nutrition expert.
Group Classes - Learn from other parents and a nutrition expert. Give and receive encouragement and share your ideas.
Online Lessons - It's easy, fun, and convenient.

Self-Paced Nutrition Education - Self-paced lessons are designed as self-guided, interactive learning tools and can be used as an option for participant nutrition education.
